I’ve just heard of these and I was just wondering if anyone else has used/heard of these. If so, do they work and what do they do?

I’ve heard of them and if I remember correctly it has to do with a treatment that uses brain waves to help you relax by creating unique music from your brain waves. And yes, studies show that they do work for most people.

I have heard of them. Neil Slade works with this, but I was not able to achieve any effect. T. D. A Lingo was one of the pioneers in a particular type of this research.
Generally, yes, they should work, especially with confusing percussion, and put you in a more positive state of mind, or rather tune out the negative vibrations.
Neil Slade would be a good start in the research, he has a good webpage.
