Often times our minds ‘run away’ pulling us in many directions all at the same time. Meditation is a practice to help ’slow the mind’ to give us balance.
The mind pulls us back into the past or into the future-thinking of all the things that ‘might be’. Meditation helps a person experience the present and simply BE.
