Does anyone know of any “non-bullcrap” meditation guidebooks and CDs?

A mediation guide can be a great thing, but as with most things on the market, there are some duds. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

No. I would recommend a book called “The Blue Feather.” You can Google it. I think you’ll like it.

You want to meditate?
Meditation is simple, and cheap. Get some soft instrumental music, like Classical. If that is not your style, go to one of those tourist stores that sell cd’s on mountain music, or water music, or stuff like that.
Find a place in your house where you won’t be disturbed. Put on the cd, make yourself comfortable, close your eyes and just think relax.
You don’t even have to do the music thingy. If you take public transport to and from work, or if you live on your own, just sit quietly and think about your day, your future, your dreams, basically think about you and what you want to do.
Meditation is just a fancy word for relax. Something a lot of don’t get or don’t give ourselves time for.
Hope this helps.
