Bikram Yoga (HOT YOGA). Or Hatha and/or Ashtanga Yogo. But the first listed is the best. Mentally and physically.

I meditate at least every other day. If I’m in a bad mood, I just stare at something with no emotion whatsoever and relax every muscle in my body. I then try to push away bad chi through exhaling and pull in good chi by inhaling. It works excellent for me, but it’s different for all people.
