meditation for stress

Hey everyone,
I’ve been suffering and diagnosed with severe general anxiety disorder and also severe panick attack disorder(i have at least 1 to 5 a day,7 days a week for the past years and a half)and in between attacks my anxiety level is always over the top. I have medication and started a new one that I just started. I also started a behavioral psychotherapy and soon starting to go to a support group in my area.I am not depressed just da… frustrated that I’m doing all I can and it doesnt go away.I know medication can work but I also hope that eventually I will not need them anymore.I have read alot on the subject, know that its these attacks arent dangerous, I know all the methods to control them but the thing is IT DOESNT WORK!Now, my question is, does anyone have any tips on how to learn to relax, reduce anxiety and lower stress?(meditation,yoga,exercices etc). I’m a fighter and will fight to the end but any tip or positive experience of people overcoming it would be great!Thx!
