It shouldn’t be boring. Meditation should clear your mind. One thing I’ve found that helps me is taking yoga. It’s offered as a class at my college. I’ve learned quite a bit. We call it our positive affirmation time. We sit in lotus pose, although you can just sit cross-legged with your hands palm up on your knees. We are just supposed to think about one positive thing and focus on that. I focus on happy times I’ve had in the past with someone I love. I just focus on that and and take deep breaths while sitting up straight with my eyes closed. Some people find that they can’t shut their brains off or focus too well but these are things that have helped me.

For entertainment its really relaxing to you should get professional or start some yoga you turn on some stretches too and use lot of this also calms very well you relaxing things to buy one with words instrumentals are special.
