I meditate three times daily for 15 minutes each session. I concentrate on an object ( a leaf lately) until I reach a state of where I feel that time no longer exists.

I am interested to know how you meditate, and how you feel when doing so. Thanks!!!!!!!!

I meditate about 6 times per day.
I sit on the floor, and lean forward, plance my head between my legs, and put my penis into my mouth.
I find this most relaxing.

I start to meditate on the word of God, and what God is trying to tell me for the day.
Then my mind will wander and I’ll see a list of things I have to get done and do them.
Some times I’m disciplined and sometimes I’m not.

I don’t do it like I should.
But when I do, I feel strange things, like I feel like my soul or something is twisting or leaning in a particular direction. Sometimes I feel calm, but then the next day, I’ll be extra irritable. Weird.

There are two basic types of Meditation .
The far EASTERN type in which you try and join with the nothingness.
and the Western type in which you try to actively seek something. to connect with the whole of the universe.

When i was a monk, we did 6 hours meditation everyday. I still practise daily, but just not as much, obviously work etc consumes time
I follow the dhammakaya method of meditation, where we sit in a half lotus position, and concentrate our minds at the centre of our body, 2 finger breadths above the navel. There are 7 bases of the mind in which you can progress through, Picture a shiny bright object at the centre of your body, you can use a mantra if you wish.
Ive noticed alot of people here are making fun of this…but i think they should try it for themselves, they can find inner peace and solve many problems life throws at us. Imagine if everyone in the world practised meditation, people would be kinder and peaceful to one another, and i believe there wouldnt be any wars
