How to manage doing meditation?

Some people practice it in everyday, every other two days, once to twice a week, or just whenever we would like to do and can schedule it. Don’t stress over the time. The point is letting go of everything and just sitting for a prolonged period of time. Your mind will sort itself. Let it, and don’t make anymore confusion than need be.
