A bit like you were filling up a jug of water. Hold your breath for two seconds and then release. Repeat this deep breathing two more times. Now breathe normally and start to focus ono your breath. Your breathing should be deep and constant. Pay attention to your torso as it relaxes. Imagine that every time you breath in you fill yourself with fresh energy and that with every breath out you release all your tension and troubles.Don’t worry about doing it right or what you should be experiencing.
Every time you practice this meditation exercise, it will be different. Go with the flow of the experience.
