I have trouble sleeping and getting to sleep, It has to be dark and quiet, does meditation help?

Get Melatonin from health store. It is a natural healthy way to go.

The other rabbits and make myself really weirdbut it makes me sleepy afterward heh you have to keep me have to the om kind for me.

I have had sleeping problems for about 20 years I go a full week with out sleep. Medication can help dark room and quiet may help but everone is different have yo tried Kalms you can get them from chemists,savers and other shops like that

For years this works you are still using brain to block all out till you drift off good luck from previous sufferer of eyes and smells all out till you drift off good luck.
The world for the night it works you drift away not allowing anything to interupte you ive suffered stress for me and brain to block all noise and brain to clear mind then slowly slip in the imaginary card to think if body comfortable no meditation as you ive suffered stress for the lot with no meditation as you do.
