I have the inattentive type of ADD and love to meditate, but have stopped, because I worry that it will slow down my mind, and I need to speed it up. How do I do it? Should I meditate again, or are there games which can help? I also need to improve my concentration and memory. I don’t want to use medication, and am already addicted to coffee, maybe because it helps a bit! I’m just sick of not noticing, getting lost, forgetting, and I need to be on the ball in my job.
