This describes how to meditate. Also, read some of the basics about Buddhism.

Meditation isn’t about anything ‘fantastic’. If you are going into this expecting fantastic results, you are going to be disappointed. That’s part of the process. If you persist after that, you may experience peace and increased patience…

Hello
before finding the techniques you should find the teacher.
I would not really trust instruction found on the internet, may just for basic meditation.
Important techinques like tantra or dzogchen you only receive directly from a living master and they are consideret secret to preserve their transmission which is essencial
So you can find some fantastic masters if you can travel a bit as they are often in the west to give teachings
Some fantastic teachers are
Dalai Lama
Chogyal Namhai Norbu
Choky Nima Rinpoche
Thich Nhat Han
Sogyal Rinpoche
most interesting and essencial of tibetan schools
DZOGCHEN (See Namkhai Norbu)
