Get some insence and meditation/calm music. Take a white candle, light it, and stare at the part of the flame where the the blue hits the white keep staring at it and clear your mind of everything. This is meditation. Hope this helps, good luck
Become like a stone statue and remain still. Notice what ever happens, just allowing whatever comes to be without trying to change it, safe in the knowledge that this is a part of who you are at that moment, and that this new awareness of yourself will help you to understand who you are a bit better. However, even if you do try to change what is happening, this is part of who you are at that moment also, and so even this is OK. This is the mysterious, ungraspable aspect of meditation I guess, as really the best advice I have ever heard is “Just try to be still for 30 mins”. What ever happens during that time will be something more subtle and deep than you would be aware of if you were just lying around daydreaming, so even if it feels awful, it will be a valuable experience in the long run. Even if you give up after 5 minutes the first time, at least that is something new you will understand about yourself.

The same time an hour before or an hour after recommended take daily at the dr ordered and always check with the same time an hour after recommended.
