i love meditating.
best thing i do:
just get in a quiet place and get comfortable
you can even do it to help fall asleep
it’s no Budda “hummmmmm…hummmmmm”
just relax..
breathe in ur nose out ur mouth
breathe out a little more than usual but dont force out
then imagine urself in ur favorite place to be
but not just visually
imagine the smells
the tastes
the wind [or whatever] the way it feels
and really BE THERE
sounds silly
but it works[if u take it seriously]

Get comfortable and make sure you won’t bee disturbed. I like meditative music like Holism, Elemental, Tibetan Monk music, just something relaxing and soft. clear you mind and let every day life leave your mind. Breathe slowly, you can also use crystals to help, like Amethyst, Quartz crystal. you can lay down or sit up straight. That website in the answer above is a good way to start too. Good luck.
