I already know about 5 different breathing exercises and a basic meditation technique, I’m just curious if anyone knows of any that are more beneficial than others.
Please don’t give me links to google searches as I can do that on my own. I’m asking this question for people that have personal experience with developing the ability to sense and control the flows of Ki.

Have you tried “lifting the moon”? This is a Qi gong technique. I am sure you can find info on Google for it. If not email me. It’s basic, but it’s one of my favorites.

well, many Chinese people belive meditation is good, but dangerous at the same time, you really need someone experience around you when you started them, because they say your sprite might leave your body and wonder off!!some times some bas spirts or bad Ki might enter your body while yours wonder off , and many experienced see other sprits, my sister experienced seeing ghost ,and spirits following her around, that freak her out, she stop praticing !!! so make sure you find someone really good to teach you and guard you , to start out with !!

Meditation can be done in many forms, not just from breathing. Actually, if you try journals, then mediate on your journal you could learn alot and hear too. But, you must be honest with yourself and with God. Try it, you may just enjoy it.
