My favorite is Relieve Stress and Anxiety by Dr. David Illig - I’ve had it for years, don’t even know if it’s still out there but I love it. One side is a walk in the woods, to me it sounds very real, I’m sure there are subliminal positive affirmations. I know that turns some people off but i like it. The other side is music with the subliminal affirmations. It isn’t your traditional guided meditation but I meditate to them. Usually I don’t use tapes for meditation but sometimes when my mind is especially agitated, like on a car trip or something and I can’t sit on the floor with my blanket in my room, etc., the tape really helps. Another one I use is Accept This Gift, Richard Thomas narrates (John Boy from the Waltons) - love that one too. I also like to meditate to The Gyuto Monks, Tibetan Tantric Choir. Hope this gives you some ideas!

I’ve got a series of CD’s by Paul Overman (Ph.D) named: Ten minutes to RELAX ~ the mind / the spirit / the body. Those are excellent.
If you’re looking for deep relaxation even leading to sleep I can warmly recommend ‘Mind Food - Deep 10 Relaxation’ (by the Monroe Institute). Works great for me even if I’m on worry overload.
‘Mood Godess’ by Medwynn Goodall and ‘Keeper of Dreams’ by Philip Chapman are my favorite music only mediation CDs

I really enjoy all of these ppl. It is helping me in every way possible. I say we should ALL relax our minds on a daily basis. Please and Thanx, Bogie
