I like to listen to the Cd’s with the nature sounds. There are several available. Hope this helps.

A good meditation cd would be the Gregorian Monk Chant cd. Or a cd that has sounds of rain and thunder on it. Those are both awesome cd’s. I have them both!

the ones that seem to develope the chakra are nice, but I agree with the ohm technique, very intense.

Well as the prupose of meditation is to detach ones self from the world i imagine you would be better off in silence.

this is not CD but the instruction from preparation until absorbtion following Theravada Buddhist religion
